In our workshop, 5 steps of QC for all the bags must be taken place for each order.
1. When bag material arrival, we check element , color, thickness, density, size & quantity of whole raws of material.
2. After mateiral cut, they're 100% checked pc by pc to comfirm if it's available to sewing for mass products.
3. There're semi-finished goods QC in each group of workshop, they walk around to check each worker's coming out by samples all the time.
4.100% QC to finished bags before packing.
5. After packed, samples in cartons will be checked again before delivery to the customer's hand.
