| Environmental Policy Statement Scope of Application This statement applies to Shenzhen Sparty Industrial Co., Ltd. and all its subsidiaries, branches, global production operations, and business facilities, as well as products and services, distribution and logistics, waste management, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. We also encourage third-party partners (including customers, suppliers, etc.) and internal employees to adhere to the principles of this statement. Environmental Regulations and Compliance Requirements We pledge to comply with all applicable environmental regulations and compliance requirements, including national, local, and industry-specific regulations. We will continuously improve our environmental management system to ensure that our activities have the least possible impact on the environment. Reducing Environmental Pollution By adopting clean energy, optimizing resource utilization, and recycling waste, we minimize the emission of exhaust gases, wastewater, and solid waste. We continuously promote sustainable supply chain construction and responsible procurement, integrating sustainable development factors into supplier management mechanisms, and encouraging suppliers to adopt green and sustainable production methods and low-carbon environmental protection materials. We place importance on the proper disposal and effective control of waste emissions, reducing the emission of wastewater, exhaust gases, and waste, and improving resource utilization efficiency. We maximize water conservation, strengthen the water-saving process transformation of equipment and facilities, and promote the recycling and reuse of water resources in the production process. We encourage employees to provide suggestions and opinions for environmental improvements and ensure they receive adequate training and guidance in their environmental responsibilities.
